Phase 1: Learning the System
Supported by certified Jovitude facilitators, participants will learn to design energizing visions, utilize relevant micro-processes, and master essential skills.
Vision Internalization
Participants will start by crafting Victory Blueprints detailing individual and team strategies for winning with purpose, winning the quarter, and winning the week. They will ensure that both they and their teams are unequivocally clear and highly energized about their desired results.
Participants will learn to systematically put their Blueprints into action by implementing structured Win the Week Strategy Huddles. These huddles will focus on identifying and achieving weekly priorities, fostering a culture of accountability and accomplishment.
Micro-Process Utilization
Next, participants will practice the Core Win the Block Micro-Process. As leaders, they will explore the transformational impact of habitually being fully energized in ‘this block’ to generate exceptional results for themselves and others. They will learn how to consistently achieve exceptional results with clear objectives, confident communication, and focused action.
Participants will also learn to use Win the Block micro-processes for key strategic and tactical leadership activities, as well as those related to their specific roles. By systematically utilizing micro-processes, they will transform the effectiveness of their time management.
Skills Mastery
Participants will amplify the impact of their visions and micro-processes by gaining proficiency in the 12 Essential Skills of Confidence, Focus, and Joy. They will learn to utilize each skill as they lead themselves and their teams with full energy in ‘this block’ to achieve exceptional results.
Through dedicated practice of ‘Skill of the Day’ Excellence, participants will transform these 12 Skills into ingrained habits. This ensures they operate at peak performance levels, block by block, while striving for and achieving exceptional results for themselves and others.
Phase 2: Confidence, Focus, and Joy
The focus of this phase is to empower leaders to elevate their own and their teams’ emotions and energy as they pursue their desired results. Research on performance and fulfillment highlights confidence, focus, and joy as three key elements driving results and happiness.
The training will demonstrate how committing to lead with unwavering confidence, laser focus, and relentless joy forms the philosophical foundation of extraordinary leadership. It will introduce the 12 essential skills of confidence, focus, and joy, showing participants how to use each skill to elevate emotions and energy for themselves and their teams.
A key step is the introduction of the ‘skill of the day’ process. By concentrating on one of the 12 skills each day, leaders internalize the skills, ensuring they consistently lead with extraordinary confidence, focus, and joy.
Phase 3: Results Max Processes
The focus of this phase is to use the Results Max Formula™ to collaboratively design processes for key leadership activities. The specific activities will depend on the situation.
Examples can include strategic planning, decision making, team building, presentation delivery, conflict resolution, crisis management, 1-on-1 coaching, relationship building, and selling and revenue generation.
We will select a set of relevant activities and collaboratively develop customized processes for each. Typically, we will work in small groups to create examples of how these processes will work.
Ultimately, the objective is to ensure participants can use the Results Max Formula™ to elevate their clarity, confidence, focus, and joy as they lead key activities, driving consistently exceptional results and happiness for themselves and their teams.
