Ron founded Jovitude with the vision that he could apply his expertise in creating transformation by helping individuals and organizations transform their happiness and results. Specifically, he knew that in spite of all the tools out there in the world, there were big shortfalls in happiness and results.
With the help of a team of researchers, Ron has brought together more than 5,300 studies from top universities and scientists to document systematic approaches that lead to extraordinary happiness and results.
The foundation of his approach is The 3 Steps, a systematic approach that can help anyone transform their day-to-day energy, happiness, and results. For organizations, The 3 Steps enables leaders to transform their teams’ energy, happiness and results.
Ron has a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In his career as a trusted business advisor to the leadership of numerous organizations in the energy, biotechnology, financial services and technology fields, Robin has always been most interested in organizational culture and behavior. He continues to demonstrate how transformational change in those areas, when skillfully applied via leadership coaching, optimization of management systems and team development, can have a tremendous impact on ‘hard’ results.
Robin hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
